Carers and their dependent relatives to visit Tredegar House

Crossroads Care in the Vale is organising an outing for carers and their dependent relatives to Tredegar House, on the outskirts of Newport, on Thursday 9th September.

Tredegar House is cited as being one of the most magnificent 17th century country houses in Britain, and one of the architectural wonders of Wales. Parts of the house date back to medieval times, and it is situated within ninety acres of beautiful gardens and parkland.

A tour of the house has been booked, followed by a light lunch at the Brewhouse tearooms. Transport to and from Tredegar House is to be arranged.

If you are caring for someone with late life memory problems in the Vale of Glamorgan, and would like to attend, please contact Jo Hendry on (029) 2070 0057. Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a ‘first-come first-served’ basis.
