Group for clients

Crossroads Care in the Vale organises a number of weekly social groups and activities for people with dementia throughout the Vale of Glamorgan. Trained Care Workers are in attendance at the groups to ensure all clients are well cared for. Transport is provided to and from each venue.

 

 

   Barry Lunch club

A group for clients with memory problems meets for lunch every Thursday at the Brewers Fayre on Barry Waterfront between 12.00am and 2.00pm.

Barry Men’s Group

A group for Men which is held in the Tynewydd Inn in Barry on a Wednesday 2.00pm to 4pm.  The men have a game of skittles and a drink.  Trained care workers collect the men and will bring them home again at the end of the session.

Trinity Lunch Group, Penarth

A group for clients which is held in Trinity Church on Stanwell Road in Penarth on a Thursday from 10.00am until 2.00pm.  Trained care workers will collect clients from home and bring them home again at the end of the lunch group.
